Talent on stage for the farmers projects
On April 29th, a team of 25 young university students staged a solidarity musical to raise funds for the project to help farmers in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The students rehearsed for the musical "The Prince of Egypt" for four months. The performance took place at the Sarrià Theatre, where approximately 130 people attended. At the beginning of the performance they explained the project and broadcast an informative video. Some of the people who attended the representation wanted to contribute more to the project by making a donation.
At the end of each rehearsal, the young participants met to discuss certain aspects of the solidarity or the attitudes that a volunteer should possess. Although they all enjoyed the acting and dancing, the main driving force behind this activity was the joy of being able to work with a group in need.
