Training and self-esteem
In much of Kenya, the family economy falls on women, who often lack the necessary training to cope with the situation in which they find themselves; Kimlea provides training to women who have completed compulsory education by offering technical training accompanied by human training that increases their self-esteem, self-respect and sense of their own dignity. This allows them to get out of the poverty in which they live, which often leads them to prostitute themselves to get food.
Get resources from the environment
Another field in which professional training is allowing Kenyan women to get out of the poverty situation in which they find themselves, especially in rural areas, is beekeeping. At Kimlea they learn how to maintain hives, which they can then implant where they live, at minimal cost, allowing them to increase their income. With the help received, 71 hives, 3 divers to harvest and the necessary tools were acquired.

Food and health
Knowing the nutritional and sanitary deficiencies in the first years of life (0 to 10 years) is essential to achieve adequate development. Our health program guarantees services for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases, and a vitamin and nutritional reinforcement for 4,200 children during their first 10 years of life.
Bringing training closer to hard-to-reach areas
One of the difficulties for women in rural Kenya is access to training that involves accommodation outside their homes. “Solandra” houses women who access the Kibondeni Hospitality School, where women from rural areas or with limited resources receive professional training, helping them to get out of the poverty in which they live, make them self-sufficient, and raise the standard of living of them and their families.
Kibondeni has managed to train more than 2,000 girls since its inception in 1967.

Training is empowerment
Women play a fundamental role in Congolese society and in the development of the family economy, which is why it is especially important to contribute to the training of women capable of developing their work with professional competence. At the LTPK, young professionals in the hospitality industry are trained, who also receive the human training necessary for their personal development.
Human Rights for a more just society
Knowledge and respect for human rights, especially in the university environment, is one of the most important means to achieve a good coexistence and train people who can access relevant positions in the government of the country, thus contributing to its development. Montblanc, with the collaboration of the Barcelona Bar Association, has developed a program to achieve these objectives

Sickle cell disease in Congo
Anemia SS (sickle cell anemia or sickle cell disease) is an endemic disease in DR Congo that involves high mortality, deterioration in quality of life and social exclusion. Our project contributes to the early detection of the disease, the obtaining of specific medications for its treatment and the awareness of the population to avoid the social exclusion that it entails.
AFEDI schools
In the field of regulated education, we are collaborating with the development of the Liziba and Bozindo schools in DR Congo. These centers place special interest in a quality education and in the human formation of their students.
Each year, volunteers who are experts in pedagogical subjects travel to Kinshasa to guide the management and training of government teams. and the Steering Committees of each of the schools.

End HIV transmission
HIV is one of the major problems affecting the health of the inhabitants of Kinshasa and other regions of DR Congo; Our objective is to sensitize the population and detect the disease in its early stages, reducing its impact, both at a clinical and psychosocial level. The results obtained after the years of execution of the project have been very satisfactory.
Train health professionals
We work to improve the capabilities of Congolese health professionals. To achieve this, we have made it possible to transfer professionals from other parts of the world, who can contribute their knowledge. and experience, in nursing studies and subsequent master's degrees at ISSI (the Higher Institute of Nursing Sciences, inaugurated by the Ministry of National Education in 1998)

In Bolivia we collaborate with the Sisters of Santa Teresa de Jesús of the mission of El Plato and San Julián, in a project that promotes access to compulsory education (primary and secondary) for children and young people who live without resources both in the closest area as in the most distant populations; 120 minors annually can receive basic and secondary training.
EL SALVADOR
Humanitarian aid in natural disasters
The strong earthquakes that El Salvador suffered in 2001 caused 1,259 deaths and 277,953 homes destroyed.
Montblanc Foundation collaborated in the reconstruction of 20 homes and a school, developed by the Archdiocese of El Salvador and the local entity AFCD, thus contributing to achieve the right of everyone to decent housing.

Training of women in Latin America
In continuity with our professional training projects for women, within our collaboration agreement with the FPSC, actions have been carried out in various American countries, especially Bolivia, Peru, Guatemala and Honduras, aimed at strengthening in this area basic health and the strengthening of productive capacities.
